Service Description
EcuaGo is a third-party visa application assistance service. We help you prepare, validate, and submit your Ecuador tourist visa application. We are not affiliated with the Ecuadorian government. Final visa decisions are made solely by Ecuador's immigration authority.
Fees & Refund Policy
The $49 service fee covers professional document review and AI validation, regardless of the application outcome. This fee is non-refundable. Government fees are collected in two stages: a $53 application fee after your documents are approved, and a $32 approval fee after Ecuador approves your visa. Government fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Document Handling
You are responsible for ensuring all documents are authentic and accurate. We validate documents for completeness and format compliance but do not verify the authenticity of the documents themselves. Submitting fraudulent documents may result in immediate denial and potential legal consequences.
Limitation of Liability
EcuaGo is not responsible for visa denials by Ecuador's government, delays in government processing, or any travel disruptions resulting from visa application outcomes. Our service guarantees professional review and submission, not approval.
Relationship with Ecuador Government
EcuaGo submits applications through Ecuador's official eVISAS portal on your behalf. We have no special relationship with or influence over Ecuador's immigration authority. Processing times and decisions are entirely at the government's discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
