Your information is used exclusively to process your Ecuador tourist visa application. This includes validating your documents using AI technology, submitting your application to Ecuador's government immigration portal, communicating application status updates, and processing payments.
Document Security
All uploaded documents are stored encrypted using Vercel Blob Storage with private access controls. Documents are only accessible to our admin team during the review process. Documents are retained for 12 months after application completion and then permanently deleted.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant), Vercel Blob for secure document storage, and AI services for document validation. These services process data only as needed for their specific function and are bound by their respective privacy policies.
Data Retention
Application data is retained for 12 months after the application is completed or denied. Payment records are retained as required by financial regulations. You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
